User Agreement

Welcome to Transee. This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "you") and the developers of Transee ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Transee mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

1. PRIVACY BY DESIGN (NO DATA COLLECTION)

Transee is designed with a "Privacy First" philosophy.

  • No Personal Data Collection: The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.
  • No Data Uploads: Any data processed by the App (such as text, images, or translations) is processed locally on your device or via secure, transient sessions that do not result in the storage of your data on our servers.
  • No Tracking: We do not use third-party trackers, cookies, or analytics tools that profile your behavior or identity.

2. COMPLIANCE WITH EU AND US LAWS

This App is built to meet the highest global privacy standards:

  • EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): Because Transee does not collect or process personal data, it inherently complies with the GDPR principles of "Data Minimization" and "Privacy by Design." There is no "data controller" because there is no data to control.
  • United States Privacy Laws (CCPA/CPRA/COPPA): Transee does not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). It is also safe for use by minors as no data is collected (COPPA).

3. LICENSE GRANT

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or professional purposes on a device owned or controlled by you, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Use the App to generate or distribute malicious content.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including its code, design, and branding) are and will remain the exclusive property of Transee and its licensors. "Transee" and its logo are trademarks owned by us.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT THE TRANSLATIONS OR RESULTS WILL BE 100% ACCURATE, OR THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRANSEE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

  • EU Users: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Member State in which you reside.
  • US Users: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
